Emily has trained over 1,000 innovators and 250 facilitators across sectors spanning financial services, global foundations and purpose-led organisations. She is also the author of The Path of the Guide: A Framework for Effective Corporate Facilitation.

She previously led Ninety Academy, an award-winning training business recognised with Silver for Learning Provider of the Year at the Learning Awards 2024.

With a background in financial services innovation, she brings a deep understanding of how change happens inside established organisations.
